PokéSurvivor Controls: Keyboard, Touch and Pause
A compact PokéSurvivor controls reference checked against the original English settings: movement, move slots, level-up cards and touch input.
Keyboard reference
| Action | Key or control |
|---|---|
| Move | W/A/S/D or arrow keys |
| Select an active move | 1–4 or its move icon |
| Previous / next move | Q / E |
| Pause | Esc / P |
| Choose a level-up card | 1–3 |
The level-up numbers select cards while that choice is open; they are not the same task as changing the active move during ordinary play. These bindings were visible in the English Controls panel on 13 October.
Touch on mobile or tablet
- Use landscape orientation for the layout described by the game.
- Press and drag where you want the touch joystick to appear.
- Use the bottom move controls to change the active move.
- Use the upper-right pause control before changing settings.
The Controls panel offers small, normal and large joystick sizes. Compare them in a short run on your device rather than assuming the desktop keyboard reference applies to touch.
A short input check
- Confirm that the game, rather than a text field or another tab, has focus.
- Move in more than one direction, change the move slot, then pause.
- For a controller in an Android app, use the separate AYN Thor guide: those mappings belong to a fork.
