Identify both clients first

The original game exposes a Friends menu for group play. The original repository describes cloud-account rooms. The Android fork and the browser original are related, but a feature description is not proof that every pair of clients or networks can connect.

  1. Record each player’s client: original browser or Android fork.
  2. Record the app tag if either player uses an APK.
  3. Check the actual account/session status shown in the game.
  4. Follow the original service’s visible room and invitation controls.

Why v1.4 needs its own note

The Android v1.4 publisher says the server relay was removed. Its note says a room reports and retries a failed direct network connection. It also explicitly says co-op was not tested in that release. A relay-era troubleshooting guide can therefore describe a different setup.

When reporting a connection failure, include both client versions, whether the room is visible and the exact visible message. Avoid including passwords or account tokens.
